About the Role

This seasonal role involves labeling and evaluating multimodal data (text, speech, audio, image, video) to support generative AI and large language model development. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality labeled data, analyzing root causes, and ensuring confidentiality. The position is full-time, on-site in Heredia, with no remote work options.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain strict confidentiality and follow privacy policies
• Work with multimodal data (text, speech, audio, image, video) to deliver high-quality labeled data
• Analyze root causes, identify error patterns, and propose solutions to improve labeling quality
• Identify and suggest changes to operational issues in processes, tools, and standard operating procedures
• Provide floor support to clarify internal queries during task execution

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Associate's Degree or related work experience
• C1+ or equivalent fluency in English
• Strong business writing skills for reports, proposals, and correspondence
• Advanced reading comprehension and analytical thinking for complex documents

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 2+ years of professional work experience with task execution ability
• 2-3 years project coordination or management experience (for support functions teams)
