About the Role

The UX Researcher will shape Amazon's recruiting experience by conducting user research to improve hiring processes for candidates and employees globally. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic improvements in both high-volume and specialized recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end research process and execute research roadmaps
  • Select and implement appropriate research methodologies
  • Analyze data to determine key findings and recommendations
  • Deliver high-quality research and insightful reports
  • Translate user insights into actionable recommendations

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

  • 3-5 years proven success leading user research projects with demonstrated impact
  • End-to-end experience with research (study design, recruiting, moderation, analysis, reporting)
  • Strong grasp of quantitative data analysis, specifically with multivariate analysis and interpretation
  • BS in HCDE, Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, or similar field

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods
  • Experience with web analytics tools
  • MS in Human Factors, HCDE, or Cognitive Psychology
  • Research experience in HR industry
  • Experience testing across multiple devices
  • UX Research experience in US markets
  • Knowledge of AI/ML models and retrieval augmented generation techniques with user research data
