About the Role

UX Design Lead role at Coinrule, a fast-growing crypto trading platform. Responsible for designing innovative customer experiences across digital channels, reporting to Head of Design & Product. Requires 8+ years in fintech/trading/crypto space.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and oversee innovative customer experiences
• Create creative design solutions across digital channels
• Report to Head of Design & Product
• Work on existing and emerging digital platforms
• Take digital creative forward to innovate customer experience

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Minimum 8 years experience in Fintech/trading/finance/banking/crypto space
• BA/BSc in Design or related field
• Familiar with Adobe Suite, Sketch, Figma for visual designs, wireframes, prototypes
• Able to sketch, rapid prototype, and facilitate cross-functional UX discussions

Nice to Have:

• Portfolio of Artworks or User interface and Creative Design work
• Experience supporting several sides of business in a team
• Experience with Figma, Sketch, Miro, Invision, Framer, Notion
• Awareness of HTML, CSS, Mobile development
