About the Role

Senior individual contributor role in transportation capacity planning at Amazon Brazil. Responsible for executing and optimizing capacity strategies using advanced data analytics, simulation, and AI to transform logistics network planning. Combines supply chain expertise with data analysis to make strategic decisions impacting customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute short, medium, and long-term transportation capacity planning
• Develop and maintain predictive models and simulations for resource optimization
• Create detailed data-driven analyses and recommendations
• Monitor capacity KPIs and propose corrective actions
• Automate processes and develop analytical tools for efficiency

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL
• Experience in program or project management
• Experience in capacity planning, operations planning, or business analysis

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor's degree or above in engineering, finance, supply chain, logistics, or computer science
• Experience with machine learning and AI applied to supply chain
• Knowledge of mathematical optimization (linear/non-linear programming)
