About the Role

The Training Specialist facilitates blended learning experiences for the AGI Data Services organization, focusing on classroom training, trainee evaluation, and learning management system administration. This role requires strong communication skills and proficiency in German and English to support training delivery and improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate classroom training following approved curriculum
• Evaluate trainee performance and provide coaching and feedback
• Manage classroom environment for productive learning
• Administer Learning Management System tasks like enrollment and scheduling
• Collect and communicate training feedback to stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree or significant college coursework in communication, education or related field
• B2+ proficiency in spoken and written English
• C1+ fluency in German language
• Experience with planning, creating, implementing, delivering and assessing various types of training

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
• Experience with eLearning development tools like Captivate, Articulate Studio/Storyline, Camtasia
• Experience working with a globally-distributed management organization
