About the Role

The Training Specialist facilitates blended learning experiences for the AGI Data Services organization, managing classroom training, evaluating trainee performance, and coordinating training logistics through the Learning Management System. This role requires strong communication skills and expertise in adult learning practices to support AI and large language model initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate classroom training following approved curriculum
• Evaluate trainee performance and provide coaching/feedback
• Manage classroom environment for productive learning
• Handle Learning Management System tasks (enrollment, scheduling, reporting)
• Collect and communicate training feedback to stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree or significant college coursework in communication, education or related field
• B2+ proficiency in spoken and written English
• C1+ fluency in French language
• Learning/training experience and/or certification
• Experience planning, creating, implementing, delivering and assessing various types of training
• Excellent communication, collaboration and organization skills
• Experience with classroom and tutorial communication settings
• Knowledge of adult learning and training practices
• Competent user of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
• Experience with eLearning development tools (Captivate, Articulate, Camtasia, Adobe tools)
• Ability to use multiple learning methods appropriately
• Experience working with globally-distributed management organization
