Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate research findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Contribute to strategic planning and technical roadmaps for the team

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

  • Master's degree or above in a quantitative field (e.g., engineering, computer science, statistics)
  • 4+ years of quantitative field research experience
  • Experience investigating feasibility of applying scientific principles to business problems
  • Experience analyzing experimental and observational data sets
  • Experience conducting research on a global scale

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of R, MATLAB, Python, or similar scripting languages
  • Experience with agile development methodologies
  • Experience in causal modeling (e.g., A/B testing, graphical models, machine learning)
  • Experience with various machine learning techniques and programming tools (e.g., SQL, Hive, SAS)
