Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for Microsoft security and compliance products
  • Handle customer communications via email (70%) and phone (30%)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve security-related issues for enterprise customers
  • Collaborate with global engineering teams for problem resolution
  • Provide feedback to product development teams for quality improvement

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

  • 3+ years experience in IT industry
  • Business-level English and Japanese for customer communication
  • Experience communicating with external customers
  • Ability to pass Microsoft Cloud Background Check

Nice to Have:

  • 5+ years experience in IT security area
  • Azure/Microsoft 365 E5 implementation experience
  • Troubleshooting experience with software products
  • Technical support experience for enterprise on-premise/cloud products
  • Experience with reproduction environment setup and testing
  • Debugging and performance tuning experience
  • Packet analysis skills
