About the Role
Technical Support Engineer role focused on Microsoft security and compliance products, providing high-level technical support to enterprise customers. The position involves troubleshooting security issues, handling customer communications, and working with cutting-edge technologies like Microsoft Security Copilot and Azure security solutions.Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for Microsoft security and compliance products
- Handle customer communications via email (70%) and phone (30%)
- Troubleshoot and resolve security-related issues for enterprise customers
- Collaborate with global engineering teams for problem resolution
- Provide feedback to product development teams for quality improvement
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must Have:
- 3+ years experience in IT industry
- Business-level English and Japanese for customer communication
- Experience communicating with external customers
- Ability to pass Microsoft Cloud Background Check
Nice to Have:
- 5+ years experience in IT security area
- Azure/Microsoft 365 E5 implementation experience
- Troubleshooting experience with software products
- Technical support experience for enterprise on-premise/cloud products
- Experience with reproduction environment setup and testing
- Debugging and performance tuning experience
- Packet analysis skills
