About the Role
Technical Support Engineer role focusing on SCIM compliance within Microsoft's Customer Experience and Success organization. Responsibilities include troubleshooting customer technical issues, collaborating across teams, and contributing to product improvements. The role requires expertise in Microsoft 365 compliance workloads and offers flexible remote work options.Key Responsibilities

- Product/Process Improvement: identify potential product defects and escalate appropriately
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must Have:
- 3+ years technical support, technical consulting, or IT experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field with 3+ years experience
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 Compliance workloads (Sensitivity Labels, Retention policies, eDiscovery, DLP, Email Archiving)
- Proficiency in PowerShell (e.g., Get-ComplianceSearch, New-CaseHoldPolicy)
- Familiarity with reading message traces, audit logs, and telemetry
Nice to Have:
- Hands-on experience with Graph API for compliance data access
- Experience with Information Barriers, Insider Risk policies, or Communication Compliance
- Knowledge of Exchange Online Protection (EOP) or Defender for Office 365
- Microsoft certifications: SC-400, SC-200, SC-300 or equivalent
