About the Role

Technical Support Engineer- Compliance role at Microsoft focusing on cybersecurity and compliance solutions. Responsibilities include troubleshooting customer technical issues, collaborating across teams, and contributing to product improvements. This remote position requires expertise in Purview Compliance and Office 365.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own, investigate and solve customer technical issues
  • Collaborate within and across teams using troubleshooting tools
  • Lead or participate in building communities with peer delivery roles
  • Develop technical proficiency through training and readiness
  • Identify potential product defects and escalate appropriately

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field AND 1+ years technical experience
  • OR 3+ years technical support, consulting, or IT experience
  • OR equivalent experience
  • Ability to meet Microsoft security screening requirements including Cloud Background Check

Nice to Have:

  • Customer Service Foundations training or experience
  • 3+ years experience supporting enterprise premier customers
  • Working knowledge of Purview Compliance (eDiscovery, DLP, etc.)
  • 2+ years experience with Exchange or Office 365
  • Relevant Cybersecurity certifications
