Key Responsibilities

• Implement and refine quality assurance strategies in collaboration with Product Development Manager
• Manage design, development and execution of comprehensive testing frameworks
• Lead automation strategy execution and optimization of automation frameworks
• Foster quality culture and team development through mentoring and coaching
• Identify and lead initiatives to improve QA processes, tools and methodologies

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or related field (Master's preferred)
• Minimum 7 years progressive experience in IT field with comprehensive testing knowledge
• 4+ years leadership experience in QA roles managing high-performing teams
• Expertise in QA automation frameworks and tools (Selenium, TestComplete) with programming skills

Nice to Have:

• Professional QA certifications (ISTQB Advanced Level, CSTE)
• Project management certifications (PMP, Agile/Scrum)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native testing
