About the Role

The Technical Business Analyst bridges business needs with technical solutions using SQL and dashboard tools. They support data-driven decisions, streamline reporting, and provide scalable analytics for AWS data center operations. This role requires collaboration with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and transform data
• Design and maintain dashboards for actionable insights
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and data models
• Develop reports and data visualizations to support initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Experience using SQL to pull data from databases
• Bachelor's degree in quantitative field (e.g., BI, engineering, computer science)
• 3+ years of Tableau, QuickSight, or similar data visualization experience
• Knowledge of advanced Excel and data visualization tools

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AWS solutions (EC2, DynamoDB, S3, Redshift)
• Experience in data mining, ETL, and using databases with large datasets
