About the Role

Technical Account Manager specializing in Generative AI at AWS, guiding enterprise customers in AI initiatives and developing internal AI agent solutions. This role involves strategic advisory, technical architecture, and fostering human-AI collaboration across industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as strategic advisor for customers' Generative AI initiatives and internal AI agent innovation
  • Drive development and implementation of collaborative AI agents within the TAM organization
  • Lead technical discussions around AWS AI services including Bedrock, Claude, and Amazon Q
  • Make recommendations on AI architecture, security, cost optimization, and operational excellence
  • Guide customers in developing responsible AI practices while ensuring security and compliance

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

  • Deep understanding of Generative AI fundamentals, Large Language Models, and core AI/ML concepts
  • Excellent theoretical foundation in AI technologies and their underlying principles
  • Excellent empirical reasoning skills with ability to formulate theories, make predictions, validate and refine solutions

Nice to Have:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning or related technical field
  • Experience with implementing enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions
  • Experience with AWS core services across Compute, Storage, Database, and Networking
