About the Role

The Sr. Technical Program Manager will lead cross-organizational software projects for CloudTune's forecasting engines, working with scientists and engineers on time series modeling to predict compute capacity needs. This role involves managing large-scale initiatives, balancing technical constraints with business needs, and driving automation for Amazon's growth events like Prime Day.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with technology and science teams to build sophisticated algorithms for forecasting demand drivers
• Deliver initiatives leveraging AWS, big data, and machine learning to benefit Amazon
• Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and make tradeoffs
• Break down complex projects into manageable pieces and coordinate release schedules
• Communicate clearly with customers and stakeholders in a highly visible role

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
• 3+ years of software development experience
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Nice to Have:

• 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk and critical path management
• Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
• Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

• Base pay ranging from $133,900 to $231,400/year depending on geographic market
