About the Role
The Sr. Technical Program Manager will lead the design and implementation of new-generation AI/ML hardware servers and reusable components for Annapurna Labs. They will manage cross-functional teams, work with ODMs, and integrate hardware with firmware/software stacks to deliver high-quality solutions for AWS and industry customers.Key Responsibilities
- Program manage design and implementation of new-generation servers or reusable hardware components
- Work with customers to understand technical needs and partner with engineers to architect scalable solutions
- Manage third-party ODMs and integrate components from internal and external sources
- Drive process improvements using data and metrics to enhance operational effectiveness
- Interface with internal/external customers to understand requirements and facilitate system development
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must Have:
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design
Nice to Have:
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
