About the Role

Senior Technical Product Manager role driving trust, privacy, accessibility, and responsible AI initiatives across Amazon's Devices & Services portfolio. Owns product strategy and execution for privacy-preserving features, accessibility standards, and RAI frameworks while delivering delightful customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own product roadmap and feature priorities for trust, privacy, accessibility, and responsible AI initiatives
  • Drive architectural vision for privacy-preserving features, accessibility standards, and RAI frameworks
  • Partner with AI, Product, and Engineering teams to define and implement responsible technology guardrails
  • Collaborate with legal, policy, and accessibility teams to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Own key customer experience, trust, accessibility, and RAI metrics and improvement strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of end to end product delivery experience
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

Nice to Have:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields
  • Advanced knowledge of AI/ML systems, AI model evaluation frameworks, and responsible AI implementation
  • Deep understanding of privacy technologies (differential privacy, federated learning, etc.)
