About the Role

The Sr Solution Engineer acts as a technical pathfinder and trusted advisor, helping customers realize the value of Microsoft's AI Security solutions. This role leads technical engagements, shapes strategic deals, and influences product direction by securing AI adoption across data, models, applications, and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical engagements including demos, workshops, PoCs, and pilots to showcase AI Security solutions
• Act as a subject matter expert enabling secure AI adoption and deployment for custom and ready-to-deploy AI solutions
• Drive technical decision-making and unblock complex sales scenarios in collaboration with sales teams
• Translate customer use cases into repeatable IP, best practices, and product feedback
• Partner with account teams to shape deals, coach on winning use cases, and support Winroom discussions

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Extensive experience in technology-related sales or account management OR bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Business Administration, or related field
• Extensive experience with securely architecting and deploying security workloads
• Technical depth with L400 in some areas across Microsoft's Security Solutions and Tools, including Defender for Cloud and Security for AI solutions
• Experienced in Cloud Infrastructure on Azure, AWS, or GCP or AI technologies

Nice to Have:

• Extensive experience in technology-related sales or account management OR master's degree in business administration, IT, or related field
• Experience influencing without authority and driving change across virtual teams
• Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
