About the Role

Lead product vision and strategy for AI-powered recruitment solutions at Amazon's Intelligent Talent Acquisition. Drive innovative interview technologies using GenAI and predictive analytics to transform hiring processes globally. Collaborate with research and data science teams to enhance candidate evaluation and recruiter productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end product vision and strategy for AI-powered recruitment solutions
  • Pioneer revolutionary interview technologies using GenAI and predictive quality-of-hire frameworks
  • Partner with Research Scientists and Data Scientists to develop and implement ML models
  • Architect scalable, data-driven solutions that transform traditional hiring practices
  • Lead cross-functional teams in delivering innovative features to improve candidate experience and recruiter productivity

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with end to end product delivery
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
  • Experience developing, deploying and managing AI products at scale
