About the Role

The Senior Cloud Solution Architect - Security role focuses on designing and implementing enterprise-grade security architectures using Microsoft technologies. Responsibilities include driving customer adoption of Microsoft's security portfolio, mitigating AI-related risks, and leading technical engagements with enterprise customers. This position requires expertise in identity governance, data security, and compliance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise-grade security architectures using Microsoft Entra ID, AD, and Purview
• Drive adoption of Microsoft's security portfolio (e.g., Defender, Sentinel, Entra) and influence C-level stakeholders
• Proactively identify and mitigate blockers to accelerate solution deployment and value realization
• Act as the voice of the customer, sharing feedback and insights with Engineering and Product teams
• Lead technical readiness and upskilling activities, mentoring colleagues and contributing to intellectual property

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 4+ years experience in cloud security architecture, cybersecurity strategy, or related areas
• 3+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and Microsoft Purview, including designing identity governance frameworks and deploying Purview for compliance
• 2+ years experience in customer-facing roles such as technical consulting, solution architecture, or enterprise security delivery
• Must hold or be actively pursuing SC-100 (Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect) or equivalent certifications (e.g., CISSP, AZ-500, SC-200)

Nice to Have:

• 8+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting, or architecture with a Bachelor's Degree, or 6+ years with a Master's Degree
• 4+ years experience working in customer-facing roles and on technical projects
• Experience with data security architecture and AI risk mitigation strategies, especially with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Purview
• Advanced Security Architecture Experience with hybrid environments, federated identity models, and data governance frameworks
