About the Role

Senior ASIC Design Engineer role focused on delivering silicon for Amazon Cameras and Doorbells. Responsibilities include architectural specifications, microarchitecture design, and working with verification/validation teams to create low-power, energy-efficient SoCs with AI and video processing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Define architecture specifications based on product requirements
• Create microarchitecture specifications for implementation
• Evaluate 3rd party IP blocks and estimate power/performance/area
• Execute design specifications to deliver high-quality RTL
• Work with verification/validation teams to define test plans and coverage

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering or related field
• Experience with products that have gone to volume production
• Hands-on experience in low power design techniques
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Master's or Ph.D degree in Electrical/Communications Engineering
• Exposure to Formal verification
• Experience with physical implementation flows
