About the Role

Solutions Architect at AWS Hong Kong providing technical guidance to customers on cloud architecture and digital transformation. Acts as trusted technical advisor, shaping technology decisions and driving customer success on AWS platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as technical owner for Business Development team ensuring customer success
• Provide technical & architectural guidance to digital native companies
• Influence customer C-levels and decision makers through technology angles
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams for successful production launch
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for AWS customer base

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Minimum 2 years in large-scale system architecture design or complex IT solutions
• Knowledge of latest technology trends in open-source, distributed databases, containers, devops, real-time analytics, or Generative AI
• In-depth working knowledge in one or more technology domains
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English/Cantonese with presentation skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience designing, building, refactoring or operating large scale IT projects
• Working knowledge of software development practices and cloud native architectures
• Able to create technical content/sample codes for adoption by others
• Experience in customer-facing role or dealing with multiple stakeholders
