About the Role

The Solution Specialist (Cloud & AI) engages with innovative start-ups and scale-ups to drive Azure adoption, focusing on AI, security, and developer productivity. This role involves leading strategic customer engagements, orchestrating technical teams, and accelerating solution adoption to help customers build AI-native applications on Azure. It is a customer-facing sales and technical advisory position within Microsoft's Digital Natives team in Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive customer engagements on Azure Security, Developer Productivity, and Copilot Studio
• Accelerate solution adoption by owning sales strategy and execution for the territory
• Orchestrate technical teams including Cloud Solution Architects and Solution Engineers
• Empower developers by promoting GitHub and Azure DevOps for CI/CD and secure code
• Manage pipeline and opportunities using digital signals and AI-assisted insights

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND/OR solid experience in technology-related sales or account management
• Proven ability to lead strategic sales engagements for cloud and AI platforms
• Leverage technical knowledge in customer engagements
• Experience in technology-related sales or account management
