About the Role

This role is a Power Platform Solution Engineer at Microsoft, focusing on designing secure, scalable solutions using Power Platform and Copilot Studio. Responsibilities include guiding customers, leading hands-on engagements, and migrating legacy systems to AI-powered platforms. The position requires 2+ years of technical pre-sales or consulting experience and is based in Sydney or Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide customers through secure, scalable Power Platform and Copilot Studio solution designs
• Lead proofs of concept, demos, and architecture workshops
• Migrate legacy systems to Power Platform and Copilot-enabled solutions
• Build, test, and deploy custom copilots using Copilot Studio
• Provide feedback to engineering to influence product direction

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• 2+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solution architecture, or consulting roles
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (with 5+ years experience) OR Master's Degree (with 2+ years experience) OR equivalent experience
• Technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience

Nice to Have:

• 2+ years experience with cloud, hybrid, or on-premises infrastructures and architecture designs
• Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., Power Platform, Power BI, Cloud Platform Technologies, Information Security)
