About the Role

Cloud & AI Solution Engineer at Microsoft focusing on Azure Platform for ISV customers in EMEA. This technical sales role involves designing secure, scalable cloud architectures, migrating workloads to Azure, and helping customers modernize infrastructure with AI-powered solutions. The engineer collaborates across teams to deliver tailored solutions that enhance agility and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive technical sales using demos, proofs of concept, and technical architecture accelerators
• Lead architecture sessions and technical workshops to accelerate Azure adoption
• Build trusted relationships with platform leads to co-design secure, scalable solutions
• Resolve technical blockers by collaborating with engineering and sharing customer insights
• Maintain expertise in cloud migration, resiliency, security, and compliance

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Extensive experience in technical pre-sales or technical consulting
• Proven experience in cloud infrastructure including migration of workloads (Windows, SQL, Linux, PostgreSQL)
• Experience designing or selling solutions involving hybrid networking, secure connectivity, or network performance optimization
• Hands-on experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), App Platform, and containerization strategies

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle, and ISVs like NetApp, VMware, and RedHat
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, and Public Sector compliance standards
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
