About the Role

This is a Solution Engineer role at Microsoft focused on AI applications and software development. The position involves guiding enterprise AI developers through solution design, leading technical engagements like PoCs and hackathons, and accelerating adoption of Microsoft's AI platform. You'll serve as a trusted technical advisor for ISV customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive technical sales with decision makers using demos and PoCs to influence solution design
• Lead hands-on engagements like hackathons, code-with sessions, and architecture workshops
• Build trusted relationships with developers and platform leads to co-design secure, scalable architectures
• Resolve technical blockers and objections while collaborating with engineering teams
• Maintain deep expertise in AI Foundry, App architecture, and AI Management & Security

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Extensive technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science/Engineering/IT with technical pre-sales experience
• Expert on full stack App architecture design/modernization and cloud native development
• Expert for AI & ML models including Agentic AI framework, AI Foundry, Semantic Kernel, LangChain
• Proven ability to lead technical engagements that drive production-scale outcomes

Nice to Have:

• Extensive experience with cloud and hybrid or on-premises infrastructure and architecture designs
• Proficient on Agentic framework, AI Management & Security including Gen AI Ops, Sentinel, Responsible AI
• Skilled with frameworks, tools, languages like GitHub, Copilot Studio, VS Code, Jupyter, PyCharm, Node.js
