About the Role
Lead a team of Sales Directors driving AI business process transformation for Microsoft customers. Coach sellers on deal strategy, pipeline growth, and C-suite engagement while modeling Microsoft's values. This remote role focuses on accelerating sales through industry expertise and business value insights.Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead high-performing sales team driving AI business process transformation
- Coach team on C-suite engagement and business decision maker relationships
- Drive pipeline growth and deal closure through industry-relevant business insights
- Collaborate across Microsoft to resolve escalations and accelerate deals
- Enable next-generation sales execution excellence and business value selling
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must Have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration or related field
- 6+ years experience in technology-related sales or account management
- 6+ years solution or services sales experience
- 3+ years people management experience
Nice to Have:
- Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field
- 8+ years experience in technology-related sales or account management
- Deep understanding of Business solutions, ERP & CRM and commercial cloud offerings
