About the Role

Lead a team of Sales Directors driving AI business process transformation for Microsoft customers. Coach sellers on deal strategy, pipeline growth, and C-suite engagement while modeling Microsoft's values. This remote role focuses on accelerating sales through industry expertise and business value insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and lead high-performing sales team driving AI business process transformation
  • Coach team on C-suite engagement and business decision maker relationships
  • Drive pipeline growth and deal closure through industry-relevant business insights
  • Collaborate across Microsoft to resolve escalations and accelerate deals
  • Enable next-generation sales execution excellence and business value selling

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration or related field
  • 6+ years experience in technology-related sales or account management
  • 6+ years solution or services sales experience
  • 3+ years people management experience

Nice to Have:

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field
  • 8+ years experience in technology-related sales or account management
  • Deep understanding of Business solutions, ERP & CRM and commercial cloud offerings
