About the Role

This is a senior Solution Architecture role at Microsoft Industry Solutions Delivery, focusing on designing and delivering customized industry solutions using Microsoft Cloud and AI technologies. The architect will lead client engagements, develop deep customer relationships, and ensure technical transformation success through complex application architectures and cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements from definition through delivery to ensure technical transformation success
• Collaborate with enterprise customers to scope requirements, architect solutions, and deliver customized industry solutions
• Develop deep relationships with key customer decision makers and be a Voice of Customer to Engineering teams
• Lead deep technical architecture discussions and development of POCs/MVPs, guiding customers to production deployment
• Coach and enable team members on architectural design, technical recommendations, and innovation programs

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field AND 8+ years experience in technology solutions, architecture, consulting
• OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field AND 6+ years experience
• OR equivalent experience
• 6+ years technical sales experience
• 6+ years project management experience

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 20+ years experience OR Master's Degree AND 8+ years experience
• Technical or Professional Certification in Domain
• Experience in vertical industries (Financial, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Retail, etc.)
• Proven track record of building deep relationships with CXOs
