About the Role

Selfin is seeking Software Founding Engineers to build core AI banking products across AI, backend, and frontend. This role involves working directly with founders to shape product direction and requires onsite work in San Francisco or London.

Key Responsibilities

• LLM training, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning
• Backend development with Python and cloud infrastructure
• Frontend development with Swift, Flutter, and web technologies
• Design secure, scalable systems for financial data
• Work directly with founders to shape product and tech direction

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor, Master or PhD in Computer Science or related engineering degree from top university
• Strong Python skills
• Hands-on experience with LLMs or GenAI tools
• Willing to work onsite in San Francisco or London
