About the Role

This role is for a Software Engineering IC3 position at Microsoft's India Development Center, focusing on the Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management application team. The engineer will develop full-stack or back-end solutions to solve enterprise business problems at scale, leveraging AI and innovative technologies. Responsibilities include driving product development, participating in livesite operations, and collaborating with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive product development with focus on technical direction, quality, usability & performance leveraging data for making decisions
• Participate in livesite operations with emphasis on timely response, delivery & satisfaction for stakeholders
• Collaborate across internal & external stakeholders providing leadership and mentoring

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Desire to learn and build world class business applications
• Relevant qualifications or practical experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Advanced Sciences or equivalent
• 5+ years of software development experience in a professional environment
• Proficient in both written and spoken English communication
• Demonstrable coding, debugging, design, testing and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have:

• Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or other enterprise resource and planning (ERP) software experience
• X++/C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL experience
• Familiarity with AI agents or copilots that assist in task automation or decision support
