About the Role

This role is part of Microsoft's Neurodiversity Hiring Program for recent graduates, focusing on software engineering within the AI Asia team. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining code, collaborating on feature requirements, and ensuring system reliability and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement extensible and maintainable code for products and features
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and integrate feedback
• Apply debugging tools and participate in code reviews to ensure quality
• Support deployment processes and live service operations with a focus on security and compliance
• Contribute to data analysis and telemetry integration for system insights

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree (or currently pursuing) in Computer Science or related technical discipline
• Proven experience coding in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
• Equivalent experience accepted in lieu of degree
• Graduation time between 9/2025 and 8/2026 for last year students/fresh graduates

• Master's Degree (or currently pursuing) in Computer Science or related technical field
