Software Engineer II role at Microsoft's Business & Industry Copilots group, working on the Dataverse platform to build microservices for real-time data insights. Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of multi-tenant enterprise class Storage and Analytics platform
• Build solutions and tools to automate issue detection and diagnosis for customer self-resolution
• Identify emerging trends and drive engineering opportunities to mitigate escalation scenarios
• Contribute to product improvements by filing impactful bugs and design change requests
• Frame and communicate issues clearly while building relationships with key influencers

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field
• 3+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages like C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
• Ability to meet Microsoft security screening requirements including Microsoft Cloud Background Check
• Excellent analytical skills with systematic approach to software design

Nice to Have:

• Experience with design and implementation of enterprise-scale AI products
• Experience delivering Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform solutions
• Knowledge of building Cloud Services and Big Data platforms and tools
