About the Role

Fullstack Software Engineer role at a YC-backed seed stage startup building B2B sales automation software. You'll work closely with the CEO to design and build features across web, desktop, and AI capabilities, shipping quickly in a fast-paced environment. The role requires independence, strong CS fundamentals, and excitement for early-stage startup growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Ship new features in a fast and stable manner
• Improve existing product to be stable and high quality
• Scale inefficient code
• Architect and implement LLM/ML based features for the platform
• Collaborate with team on code reviews and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• 1+ years of fullstack engineering experience in Node, React, Flask (or willingness to learn fast)
• Strong CS fundamentals and practical understanding of memory, parallelization, runtime
• Ability to work independently, learn quickly, and find answers using online resources
• Good English communication skills and ability to research solutions independently

Nice to Have:

• Publicly viewable side projects on GitHub
• Loose familiarity with Node, JavaScript, React, and MongoDB
• Experience with AI tools in development (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.)
