About the Role

Lead a software development team building automation solutions using machine learning and GenAI to scale retail operations. Manage full software lifecycle, coordinate complex projects, and drive innovation in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement key initiatives for automating large-scale retail processes
• Manage and mentor a team of software engineers to deliver high-quality results
• Plan and coordinate discussions between technical teams, dependencies, and clients
• Drive innovation and remove roadblocks in a fast-paced environment
• Ensure software development and deployment lifecycle meets high standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• 7+ years of engineering experience
• 3+ years of engineering team management experience
• 8+ years leading definition and development of multi-tier web services
• Knowledge of full software development lifecycle practices and patterns

Nice to Have:

• Experience communicating with users, technical teams, and senior leadership
• Experience in recruiting, hiring, mentoring, and managing software engineering teams
