About the Role

Lead a team building AI agents to accelerate customer adoption of AWS Neuron software for ML silicon. Drive technical vision and strategy for generative AI applications while managing team development and cross-functional projects critical to AWS's AI business.

Key Responsibilities

• Create technical vision and roadmap for AI agents and tools used by ML developers
• Serve as technical lead on cross-functional projects critical to AWS's AI success
• Improve time and effort to port and optimize ML workloads on Neuron
• Contribute intellectual property through patents
• Hire and mentor team members on technical issues and career growth

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• 5+ years of engineering team management experience
• Experience partnering with product or program management teams
• Experience leading multiple Agile teams concurrently or at scale
• 5+ years of full software development life cycle experience
