About the Role

The Software Development Engineer will develop routing and planning software for Amazon's last-mile delivery, focusing on efficient and reliable package plans. They will work with teams to design and deliver software components used globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of business and work with development teams
• Own architecture and end-to-end delivery of software components
• Solve hard problems in a collaborative environment
• Work with engineers, research scientists, and product managers
• Develop software for creating global package plans

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of design or architecture experience for new and existing systems
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language

Nice to Have:

• 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
