Key Responsibilities

• Analyze incident data to identify recurring themes and systemic issues
• Develop operational playbooks for incident response scenarios
• Build data-driven dashboards to monitor system health and trends
• Partner with service teams to coordinate incident response actions
• Apply data analytics to drive improvements in service reliability

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field
• Experience in cloud operations, incident response, or problem management
• Proficiency in Kusto/KQL, data visualization tools, and statistical software
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English

Nice to Have:

• 3+ years of experience in cloud operations or incident response
• Creative problem-solving and analytical mindset
• Experience using AI-powered tools for incident analysis
