About the Role

Senior Solution Engineer - Security role focused on designing and implementing Microsoft Security solutions for customers. Responsibilities include technical pre-sales, solution design, competitive analysis, and driving customer adoption of AI, XDR, SIEM, and CNAPP technologies. The role involves collaborating with partners, leading technical wins, and supporting sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Build competitive strategies and share knowledge within the community
• Develop strategic win and customer success plans with account teams
• Lead technical wins and ensure alignment with industry standards
• Design and demonstrate solutions including proof of concepts and pilots
• Engage with key customer technical decision makers and influencers

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field
• Technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
• Proven experience with cloud, hybrid, or on-premises infrastructures and architecture designs
• Ability to build credibility with customers using technical and domain knowledge

Nice to Have:

• People management experience including indirectly leading virtual teams
• Proven experience in technology delivery or related fields
• Familiarity with Microsoft offerings and competitive landscape
