About the Role

Senior Software Engineer role on the Foundry Models team, providing serverless access to AI models from providers like DeepSeek and Mistral. Responsible for designing scalable systems, optimizing inference performance, and collaborating across teams to deliver AI capabilities to enterprise customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience
• 3+ years of technical leadership experience of designing and delivering large projects
• 3+ years of experience working in agile, fast-paced environments, navigating ambiguity and facilitating impactful outcomes
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements including Microsoft Cloud Background Check

Nice to Have:

• Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience OR Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience
