Senior Software Engineer role at Microsoft Advertising building next-generation CRM solutions for global advertisers. Focus on AI-driven workflows, Dynamics 365 customization, and data integration across advertising systems. Requires cloud experience and large-scale system design.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Develop CRM Solutions: Customize and extend Dynamics 365 CRM for advertising workflows
• Data Integration: Connect CRM with Ads systems, marketing automation tools, and reporting platforms
• AI-Enhanced Features: Support AI-first initiatives and automation capabilities within CRM systems
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with product managers, data engineers, and sales teams
• Ensure Quality & Compliance: Maintain data integrity, privacy compliance, and security standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience
• 4+ years of experience with cloud technologies
• 4+ years of experience with large-scale systems and API design
• Ability to meet Microsoft security screening requirements including Microsoft Cloud Background Check

Nice to Have:

• Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years experience
• Solid knowledge of Azure
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and customer data models
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts for workflow automation
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
