Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver innovative and impactful features
• Work on coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting throughout the application development process
• Drive long-term architectural improvements and development for highly scalable services
• Drive collaboration across teams to deliver high quality solutions from concept to release
• Mentor and develop engineers across all levels through sharing and learning

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including C++, C# or Java OR equivalent experience
• 3+ years experience in building scalable, secure, high performance products and services on the backend
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements
• Pass Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter

Nice to Have:

• Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience OR Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years experience
• Excellent technical design, problem solving and debugging skills, proven track record in shipping software on time
• Great team player and communicator, solid believer in collaboration and teamwork
• Knowledge of Distributed systems design, Microsoft Azure, AWS or similar cloud computing platforms
• Experience in online advertising
