Key Responsibilities

  • On-call communication management during incidents
  • Translate complex technical findings into clear customer updates
  • Design and implement automated detection systems for incident impact
  • Develop tools and analytics pipelines for real-time incident assessment
  • Build and support no-code/low-code solutions to optimize operations

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field AND 5+ years of technical experience
  • Hands-on experience implementing AI-driven solutions and automation
  • Proven experience in cloud operations, incident & crisis management, or large-scale systems engineering
  • Excellent problem-solving, judgment, decision-making, communication, and collaboration skills

Nice to Have:

  • 5+ years of experience as an Incident Commander or Crisis Manager for high-severity incidents
  • Exposure to chaos engineering, fault injection, or high availability architecture
  • Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) or ITIL/SRE certifications
