About the Role

Senior Resilience Specialist Lead designs and delivers proactive security offerings to enhance customer cyber resilience. This role combines technical expertise with leadership, requiring up to 75% travel for onsite customer engagements. Responsibilities include developing resilience programs, conducting tabletop exercises, mentoring teams, and advising enterprise stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead proactive security initiatives and develop resilience programs
• Deliver tabletop exercises and cyber range simulations
• Mentor security professionals and foster team collaboration
• Engage with enterprise customers as a trusted advisor
• Collaborate across delivery, engineering, and threat intelligence teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Master's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field OR 5+ years experience in software development lifecycle, large-scale computing, modeling, cybersecurity, and/or anomaly detection
• 3+ years of experience in development and delivery of workshops and tabletops
• Ability to travel up to 75% to deliver onsite with customers
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements including Microsoft Cloud Background Check

Nice to Have:

• Doctorate in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field OR 6+ years experience in software development lifecycle, large-scale computing, modeling, cybersecurity, and/or anomaly detection
• 3+ years of guiding stakeholders and achieving agreement among individuals at all levels of experience
• 3+ years of professional experience in project management, operations, process enhancement, cybersecurity, or related sectors
• Effective interpersonal and communication abilities
• Proactive approach in initiating actions and advocating for improvements
• Familiarity with project management methodologies
• Cloud security experience in hybrid environments
• Expertise in frameworks like NIST CSF, MITRE ATT&CK, ISO 27001
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC (GCIH, GCFA)
• Willingness to pursue a security clearance
