Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

  • 3+ years investigating feasibility of applying scientific principles to business problems
  • PhD or Master's degree with 5+ years of quantitative field research experience
  • Experience in applied selection practices, job analysis, test development, and validation
  • Strong internal consulting skills and track record of influencing stakeholders

Nice to Have:

  • PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology or related field
  • 5-10+ years of relevant experience in applied selection practices
  • Proven skills in experimental research design
  • Experience applying machine learning and AI to selection research
  • Familiarity with GenAI tools and Large Language Models (LLMs)
