Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

  • 3+ years investigating feasibility of applying scientific principles to business problems
  • PhD or Master's degree with 5+ years quantitative field research experience
  • Strong expertise in psychometrics and research methodology
  • Experience with experimental research design

Nice to Have:

  • PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology or related field
  • 5-10+ years experience in applied selection practices and test development
  • Experience applying machine learning to selection and assessment research
  • Familiarity with GenAI tools and Large Language Models
