Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

  • Doctorate in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related field with 1+ years experience OR Master's with 3+ years OR Bachelor's with 4+ years OR equivalent experience
  • 4+ years experience in high-performance computing, quantum algorithms, quantum error correction, or quantum simulation
  • 4+ years experience in collaborative environment with strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to meet Microsoft security screening requirements including Microsoft Cloud Background Check and citizenship verification

Nice to Have:

  • Experience developing and implementing algorithms for quantum applications, preferably for fault-tolerant quantum systems
  • Experience with high-performance classical computing methods
  • Skills in applied mathematics or related disciplines
