About the Role

Senior Product Manager - Technical role at Amazon's Retail Business Services (RBS) leading AI-powered automation solutions. Responsible for product strategy, roadmap, and scaling enterprise solutions using LLMs and AI technologies to automate complex business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive product strategy and roadmap for AI-powered automation solutions
• Partner with engineering teams to architect scalable solutions using Amazon's AI/ML stack
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify high-impact automation opportunities
• Define and optimize key metrics around automation efficiency and business impact
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate operational challenges into technical requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• 10+ years of product management experience
• Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, computer engineering, or related field
• Experience leading or developing high quality, enterprise scale software products using a structured system development lifecycle
• Strong technical background with understanding of AI/ML concepts

Nice to Have:

• Experience building large-scale machine learning models and infrastructure for online recommendation, ads ranking, personalization, or search
• Knowledge of large scale automation and workflow management or equivalent
• MBA or advanced technical degree
