About the Role

Senior AI Product Manager leading AI initiatives for New Business and new sellers (NBS). Responsible for developing AI-powered solutions to drive seller growth, optimize recruitment and account management, and address cross-border commerce challenges. Requires strong technical AI/ML background and experience managing global initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development of AI-driven product strategies for NBS AI penetration
• Partner with data science and engineering teams to implement AI/ML solutions
• Design and implement AI solutions to enhance seller success metrics and operational efficiency
• Lead cross-functional collaboration between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners
• Drive effective communication of product strategy and roadmap to leadership

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• 7+ years of product/program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and development lifecycle
• Native-level proficiency in Chinese and English with cross-cultural business communication experience

Nice to Have:

• Experience influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
• Master's degree or MBA
• Understanding of cross-border e-commerce platforms and operations
