About the Role

Senior Learning Experience Designer responsible for creating workforce training for AWS Data Center technicians worldwide. The role involves designing blended learning solutions, optimizing training processes, and reducing time-to-productivity for data center roles. This position requires onsite work 5 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy training materials for blended learning strategies
• Partner with cross-functional teams to build global development experiences
• Consult with technical SMEs to determine training strategy and create engaging experiences
• Manage multiple training or curricula development projects simultaneously
• Create reliable learner evaluation tools and measure impact to improve content

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• BA/BS degree in relevant field or 5+ years relevant experience in instructional design
• 5+ years developing and executing strategies for creative training solutions
• 5+ years developing training in various delivery modalities
• Experience program managing learning and development projects

Nice to Have:

• Master's degree in relevant field such as instructional technology
• Experience working as a consultant in corporate or startup environment
• Experience working with remote teams and international audiences
• Experience gathering and communicating performance metrics to multiple levels
• Experience creating training for high tech industry with technical aptitude
• Familiar with Artificial Intelligence design tools
