About the Role

The Senior Generative AI Strategist partners with AWS customers to develop industry-specific programs leveraging generative AI and machine learning to enhance business outcomes. They align technical and business teams, drive complex sales opportunities, and conduct workshops to identify value delivery opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Align customer technologists and business leads to explore generative AI possibilities and develop roadmaps
• Discuss complex industry-specific business concepts with executives and managers
• Engage with AWS teams including applied scientists and solutions architects
• Drive large, complex sales opportunities from ideation to closure and delivery
• Conduct workshops to scope business value opportunities using generative AI or machine learning

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of professional/military experience
• 5+ years of industry experience as an ML practitioner or executive
• Experience participating in the sales lifecycle
• Experience in management consulting or related work
• Experience launching technical programs involving big data, analytics, AI, and machine learning

Nice to Have:

• Experience writing strategy papers or white papers
• Participated in product management and marketing lifecycles
• Experience presenting to audiences of 5 to 50 people
• Passion for educating and building solutions for diverse customers
• Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS)
