About the Role

Senior Gen AI Strategist role at AWS Generative AI Innovation Center, focusing on helping customers enhance business outcomes through generative AI and machine learning. Partners with customers and AWS teams to craft industry-specific programs and drive complex sales opportunities from ideation to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Bring alignment between customer's technologists and business leads to develop generative AI roadmaps
• Discuss complex industry-specific business concepts with executives and managers
• Engage with various AWS teams including applied scientists and solutions architects
• Drive large, complex sales opportunities from ideation through closure and delivery
• Conduct workshop sessions to identify opportunities for delivering business value through generative AI

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in the industry as a ML practitioner or executive
• Experience participating in the sales lifecycle (directly or indirectly)
• Experience in management consulting or related work
• Experience launching technically complex programs/projects in big data, analytics, AI, and machine learning

Nice to Have:

• Experience with writing communications such as strategy papers or white papers
• Participated in product management and marketing lifecycles
• Experience presenting to audiences of 5 to 50 people of various levels and backgrounds
• Passion for educating, training, designing, and building solutions for diverse customers
• Advanced degree desired (e.g., MBA, MS)
